1. Customer has right to return the item within 14 days. 

1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

1. You are responsible to arrange and pay for any returns that are not due to our error.

Exchanges (if applicable)

1. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at furniturevalleyhome@gmail.com and send your item to: Unit 24 The Mall, Luton, England, LU1 2TE

 

Exchange Policy

1. Our Exchange policy last 7 days. However, should you wish to exchange the item that you bought from us within 6 months of use. There will be a 50% reduction in the price you paid and we will exchange the item for you for another item.
